Placing an order with CNC-Shopping is easy. You create an account when you place your first order online, by phone, by fax or email.

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. If you have any problems when following these steps, please contact us.

1. Find the Items You Want

First you will need to browse or search for the references you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top navigation bar. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page.You will find more information about the item, including availability estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to leave our fulfillment center.

	In stock - shipping immediatly- Item is on hand and we expect to be able to prepare this item for shipment within a few hours to a few days. (Depending on the payment option you choose)
	In stock - 3 business days- Usually ships in 3 days, we expect to receive the item from a world location or supplier within 2 to 3 days of your order.
	Available within  7 days- we expect to receive the item from a world location or supplier within 1 week of your order.
	Available within 10 days- we expect to receive the item from a world location or supplier within 10 days of your order.
	Temporarily out of stock- This item is currently not in stock but it is available for ordering. If you place an order, we will send you an e-mail with the expected delivery date as soon as we have that information from our suppliers.
	Out of stock- This item is currently not available for ordering, and we don't know when or if this item will be in stock again.

If you want to order an item from CNC-Shopping, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the " Cart " at the top of every page of our website.

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, select this item and click the "remove" button. The item will be removed.

When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart" section of your cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Enter your e-mail address. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.) Indicate that you are a new customer. (Do not fill in the password field; you will be asked to provide a password for your account later in the process.) Click the "Sign in" button.

Tell us where you would like to ship your order. You can add, remove or select an adress from your CNC-Shopping Account adress book.

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method or it is possible to request a specific carrier by providing your Courrier name and account number.

You will see estimated shipment and delivery dates in the e-mail we send you to confirm your order.

You can choose our 2 shipping methods :

• Express delivery method(Ship by Chronopost International, www.chronopost.com)
• Economy delivery method(Ship by International French Colissimo, www.coliposte.net)

All of our shipping methods are sent with a tracking number.

If there is more than one item in your order with different availability estimates, add a note as below to your order in your Note order form during the checkout process :

• Group my items into as few shipments as possible
• I want my items faster. Ship them as soon as they become available (at additional cost)

If you choose the first option, we'll consolidate your items into the fewest shipments possible. We'll show you the minimum number of shipments needed to complete your order. If you choose the second option, we will ship items to you as they become available, beginning with those already in stock.

The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. CNC-Shopping accepts

During the Checkout payment process, you can select one of the method above. All orders must be prepaid.

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Confirm order " button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of payment received, order processing, order dispatched and order delivered.

If you would like to check your order status and view about the order you placed, click the My Account link in the top right corner of most pages on our site. Here you will be able to change the particulars of your order without having to contact us.
