Any product marked with the symbol “E” is intended for the Standard Exchange Service. Which means we will supply a Tested unit in exchange of your defective unit. Only parts that are deemed to be repairable can be replaced. (Please notice your Alarm, Diag report or Error report that you had when you send back the defective unit to help our Technical dpt.)
Exchange service products is put through a thorough cleaning process, full test and final quality inspection by our specialist technicians prior to their sale on our e-store.
A deposit* may be required, until you return your defective part to our facilities. Deposit which will be refunded immediately upon receipt of your defective part and validation of our technical service.
