This Fanuc A06B-6078-H306 Spindle amplifier module controls Fanuc Alpha Spindle motor (small series) with built-in sensor and has the JY5 connector.

Before removing the Fanuc A06B-6078-H306 amplifier, first ensure that the power is shut off and the DC link charging LED is not lit. Be careful not to jam your fingers between the power magnetics cabinet and amplifier.
